Ingredients:
enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, sugar, yeast, contains 2% or less of: soybean oil, salt, datem, ascorbic acid, enzymes, dextrose, wheat starch, soy lecithin, whey, egg, calcium carbonate, l-cysteine hydrochloride. contains: wheat, milk, soy, egg.
Preparation Instructions

1. STORE FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.

2. Place overnight in refrigerator (do not exceed 12 hours) to thaw, or pretzel dough may be set out on a pan for 2 - 3 hours to thaw.

3. Dough may be rolled, shaped and formed into pretzels once thawed.

4. Place formed pretzels on baking pan approximately 2" apart.

5. Pretzel dough does not require proofing, as they can be allowed to rise 1 to 1 1/2 times their original size in an ambient environment. If desired, they can be placed in a proof box for 30-35 minutes.

6. Dough may be egg washed, starch washed, or water washed, and topped with kosher salt, seeds, or cinnamon sugar, prior to baking.

7. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400-425 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or 5-7 minutes in a 375-400 degrees F convection oven until golden brown.
