Baker Boy Eliminates High Fructose Corn Syrup from Nearly All Products

We are proud to announce that nearly all of our products are now made without High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), reflecting our commitment to delivering premium baked goods to our customers.

Baker Boy has eliminated HFCS in all products except filled donuts, two cookie doughs and one retail-packaged frozen dough product.

High Fructose Corn Syrup has long been a common food sweetener due to its cost efficiency and sweetness. However, growing concerns about its potential health impacts, including links to obesity and other metabolic issues, have led many consumers to change their eating habits.

At Baker Boy, we believe in having the cleanest possible products. By removing HFCS, we aim to provide baked goods and frozen doughs that are not only delicious but are also aligned with the evolving preferences of health-conscious consumers.

This transition away from HFCS required reformulating our recipes to ensure we maintained the taste and quality our customers have come to expect.
