Ingredients:
enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, sugar, brown sugar, palm oil, leavening (food starch- modified, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), butter (cream, salt), corn syrup, cinnamon, natural flavor, egg, whey, potato flour, soybean oil, sunflower oil, salt, acacia gum, xanthan gum, oleorsin paprika, tocopherols, citric acid, ascorbic acid, enzymes, potassium chloride, wheat starch, soy lecithin. contains: wheat, milk, egg, soy.
Preparation Instructions

1. Store frozen until ready to use. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

2. Place dough in greased or lined pan (one with 2" sides work best).

3. Cover and place in cooler overnight to thaw

4. Remove from cooler and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.

5. No Proof Box: Let sit at room temperature for additional 15 to 75 minutes.

6. With Proof Bax: Proof at 85% humidity and 95°F temperature until rolls are 1.5 - 2 times their original size.

7. Bake in preheated Convection Oven at 300°F for 20-24 minutes, until golden brown.

8. Remove from oven to cool.

9. Ice rolls after cooling, 3-5 minutes.
