Ingredients:
wheat flour bleached, enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, palm oil, molasses, eggs, contains less than 2% of: sodium bicarbonate, food starch-modified, sodium aluminum phosphate, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, salt, soy lecithin, whey, wheat starch. contains: wheat, egg, soy and milk.
Preparation Instructions

1. STORE FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.

2. If desired, place cookie dough pieces on a pan of granulated sugar. Remove from sugar and place sugared side up on silicone papered or greased pan 2 1/2 - 3 1/2" or 4 x 6 on an 18 x 26" baking pan.

3. Allow cookie dough pieces to thaw.

4. Bake in apreheated 375 degrees F conventional oven for approximately 10 - 12 minutes or until almost done.

5. For convection ovens, bake at 325 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes.

6. Reduce baking temperature for thinner cookies, increase temperature for thicker cookies.
