Ingredients:

Preparation Instructions

1. STORE FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.

2. Place donut dough pieces on table or pan to thaw (approximately 1/2-hour.)

3. Form dough pieces into desired shape and place on fry screen, allowing enough space between each for dough to rise.

4. Place screens in proofer at 95 degrees F and 70-75% humidity until dough pieces are 3 times their original size.

5. Fry 1 minute on each side at 350-375 degrees F. Glaze while hot, or ice donut when it has cooled.
