Ingredients:

Preparation Instructions

1. STORE FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
2. Place roll dough on silicone papered sheet pan, 4 by 5.
3. Cover with plastic and put in refrigerator/cooler. Desired holding temp. of 35 to 39 degrees.
4. Allow to sit in cooler 4 to 12 hours.
5. Remove from cooler and allow to warm to room temp. (approx. 45 min.)
6. Wash or spray with water, sprinkle seeds or corn meal on top for a varied look and taste.
7. Allow to double in size in proof box-approx. 45 min. Do not overproof.
8. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 375 degrees F for 12 - 16 minutes or 350 degrees F convection oven for 15 - 18 minutes with 5 seconds of steam.
9. Bake times may vary - bake until tops and bottoms are golden brown.
9. Cool on pans. Wrap immediately when cool.
