Ingredients:
enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, soybean oil, yeast, egg, sugar, contains 2% or less of: salt, whey, leavening (food starch-modified, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), datem, ascorbic acid, enzymes, dextrose, wheat starch, soy lecithin, calcium carbonate, l-cysteine hydrochloride, natural flavors. contains: wheat, egg, milk, soy.
Preparation Instructions

1. STORE FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.

2. Place on a greased baking pan, cover & thaw in cooler overnight.

3. Next day, roll out and place in a 9" greased foil pan. Add 6 oz. Of filling, such as dry cottage cheese, chopped apples, peaches, rhubarb, etc.

4. Spread 10 oz. of kuchen batter over top of filling, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Let set for 10 min. to warm if batter is cold.

5. Place pie plate on an aluminum pan (5 per pan). Bake in a preheated 350-375 degrees F conventional oven for 25-30 minutes or 19-24 minutes in a 325-350 degrees F convection oven.
