Ingredients:
enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, ribolflavin, folic acid), sugar, soybean oil and hydrogenated soybean oil, water, pumpkin, defatted soy flour, egg, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), beta-carotene (color), cellulose gum, dextrose, food starch -modified, natural flavor, nonfat milk, salt, soy lecithin, spice, wheat starch, whey, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger. contains: wheat, milk, egg and soy.
Preparation Instructions

1. Store frozen until ready to use.

2. Place donuts on a silicone papered pan.

3. To thaw: leave at room temp for 1-1 1/2 hours or place pan in proofer for about 15-20 min. Do not place in oven to thaw.

4. Finishing: thaw & serve or roll in cinnamon or donut sugar or ice w/warm icing.

5. For glazing: dip frozen donut into room temperature glaze. Place glazed donuts on glazing screen with pan under. Place glazing screen on a new pan for baking. (Excess glaze may be scraped from pans and reused). Place pan in 325-350 degrees F oven. Heat donuts until glaze is clear (approx. 3-4 min). Do not overheat. Remove donuts from oven. Inside may still be frozen, but will continue to thaw.

Note: When warming icing or glaze, do not exceed 115-120 degrees F.
