Ingredients:
enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),water, dextrose, yeast, soybean oil, margarine (palm oil, water, salt, vegetable mono – and diglycerides, whey solids, sodium benzoate [preservative], natural and artificial flavor, citric acid, beta carotene [color], vitamin a palmitate added), egg (with citric acid), contains less than 2% of the following: sugar, color blend (yellow corn flour, turmeric, annatto extract), natural flavor, datem, ascorbic acid, enzymes, dextrose, salt, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda), beta carotene (color), defatted soy flour, mono-and diglycerides, nonfat milk, sodium stearoyl lactylate, whey. contains: wheat, milk, egg, and soy.
Preparation Instructions

1. STORE FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.

2. Place donut dough 4 x 6 on a 17" x 25" frying screen with the smooth side down.

3. Cover with plastic or place in an enclosed cabinet. Place in retarder or walk-in cooler to thaw overnight.

4. Next day, remove from retarder and allow dough pieces to warm on an open rack at room temperature for 30 minutes.

5. Place screens in proofer, maintain 95°F and 60-70% humidity. Allow to proof until dough pieces are 3 times original size.

6. Fry 120 seconds on each side at 350°F to 375°F.
