The Donut Hole Individually Wrapped Donuts emerged in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic as foodservice operators came under scrutiny to provide fresh products in safe, user-friendly packaging. Baker Boy responded and soon had the hottest new product line launch in the company’s history.
The Donut Hole donuts arrive retail-ready with a scannable UPC on each donut, making them ideally suited for the convenience store segment. They’re also a proven hit with K-12 schools, colleges and universities, hotels, catering and event venues, coffee shops, military foodservice, micromarkets and frictionless markets.
“This donut line has endless retail possibilities,” said Dustin Monke, Baker Boy’s marketing manager.
Something for everyone
The Donut Hole line features three of Baker Boy’s famous Magic Ring Filled Donuts. These ring donuts are injected to ensure filling in every bite. There’s a Chocolate Iced Chocolate & Crème (injected with both chocolate and Bavarian crème filling), a White Iced Raspberry, and an uniced Apple filled.
Baker Boy also recently launched the Glazed Cinnamon Roll Donut due to popular demand from operators. The Glazed Cinnamon Roll Donut makes a fitting companion next to the best-selling traditional Glazed Ring Donut, Glazed Old Fashioned Donut and Maple Iced Long John.

After thawing, Baker Boy encourages a two-day shelf life for iced donuts and five-day shelf life on all glazed donuts. This helps provide consumers with the highest-quality and freshest donuts.
