Use our Garlic Toast for Italian Tacos

One of our best-selling products is the Brown & Serve Garlic Toast, and it can be used as more than just a compliment to your favorite pasta or pizza.

In just a few short minutes, turn this Garlic Toast into a delicious Italian Taco! Here's how easily it's done:

1. Cut a pocket into the top of thawed Brown & Serve Garlic Toast and place 2 oz. of marinara sauce and four 0.5 oz precooked meatballs into the pocket. Add 2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese into the pocket.
   
2. Place on sheet pan and top the Garlic Toast with more mozzarella cheese.
   
   
3. Place in the oven at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes, or until the mozzarella melts and bubbles.

This dish is great for appetizers or on a food truck or fair menu, or served as an appetizer or on a buffet.
