Ingredients:
enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, sugar, leavening (food starch-modified, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), contains less than 2% of: calcium carbonate, l-cysteine hydrochloride, silicon dioxide (flowing agent), soy lecithin, egg, whey, wheat starch. contains: wheat, soy, egg, milk.
Preparation Instructions

1. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.

2. Fry bread dough may be fried from a frozen or thawed state.

3. Place dough on a baking pan or frying screen overnight if a thawed dough piece is desired.

4. Preheat fryer to 375 degrees F.

5. Fry at 375 degrees F. For frozen dough pieces: 3-4 minutes (1 - 2 minutes per side); for thawed pieces: 2-3 minutes (1 - 1-1/2 minutes per side); or until golden brown on both sides.

6. Remove from fryer and allow excess oil to drain.

7. Add meat, lettuce, cheese, and taco sauce for delicious Indian tacos. Or, serve plain, with honey, roll in cinnamon sugar, or other toppings.

TIP!! Occassionally the frozen pieces of Indian Fry Bread dough

may crack or break if subject to abuse during transit. If this occurs

the pieces may be mended or patched as follows: after the product

thaws, simply wet the edge of the broken or cracked piece and

rejoin the broken pieces together, they may then be handled and

fried in the normal manner.
