Baker Boy is excited to announce a freezer shelf-life improvement for Baker Boy branded frozen dough products.
Earlier this year, we changed suppliers of one of our key dough ingredients. This has allowed us to verify an increased freezer shelf life following continued and ongoing product testing. The Baker Boy doughs listed here now have a freezer shelf life of 120 days.
Previously, these products were listed with a 90-day shelf life. The max shipping date to the distributor also now increases from 43 days to 58 days. This change affects bun, roll, bread, sweet roll, donut, pizza, pretzel and kuchen doughs.
