What is a Magic Ring Donut?
Our specialty Magic Ring Donuts, launched originally in 2018, begin with Baker Boy’s signature pre-fried yeast-raised ring donuts, which are then filled with jellies or crèmes by a pin injection system. The 8-pin injection technology ensures each donut has filling in every bite!
This innovative combination has led to ring donuts that feature delicious filling in every bite – and without the typical overwhelming glob of jelly falling out of the donut before you’re able to eat it!

Our innovative Magic Ring Donuts come in seven year-round flavors with seasonal options. They also arrive pre-fried and filled, so in-store bakeries and foodservice operators can thaw, decorate, and serve them in less than an hour.

Along with our single-flavor injections, our unique and exciting dual-flavor injections are available in Chocolate & Bavarian Crème and Strawberry Cream Cheese, which is injected with both Strawberry Jelly and Cream Cheese filling.

Are there seasonal varieties offered throughout the year?
Yes! In May 2020, we released a limited-time Lemon-filled Magic Ring that became a year-round flavor. In July 2021, we released the dual-filled Strawberry Lemonade and Pumpkin Cream Cheese, both of which are only offered for a limited time (LTOs). Strawberry Lemonade is offered from April through August as a pre-order and Pumpkin Cream Cheese are available from August through October.
We are also excited to announce that a dual-filled Cherry & Chocolate will come out in December 2022 as a limited-time offer for January and February, also on a pre-order basis. Pre-order yours here!
