Caramel Rolls
Place a layer of Baker Boy Creamy Caramel Smear (#43022) in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan. Using any size sweet roll dough, place the dough pieces into the pan with their “tails” facing inward. Allow to proof until the pan is full, then bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Once cooled slightly, flip the tray, shake the caramel rolls out of the pan, and smooth the caramel with a spatula. - View Caramel Roll Recipe Video
Cinnamon Roll Pull-Aparts
Roll eight Petite Cinnamon Sweet Roll Doughs (#12011) into cinnamon sugar. Place the thawed rolls on their sides in a greased loaf pan. Proof for 45 to 60 minutes, until doubled in size.
